Tips to optimize the thermal performance of the product:
- Preheat/cool the container before use: fill with boiling/cold water and close with the lid. Wait at least 30 seconds. Press the middle button, unscrew the lid and drain the water.
- Fill the bento with a hot/cold dish. If it needs to be warmed up before serving in the bento, prefer to warm it up in a pot rather than in the microwave to ensure a more uniform temperature and therefore optimal heat retention.
- Fill the bento completely: the fuller it is, the more effective the temperature retention will be.
- After filling, close the lid quickly to limit heat/cold loss.
- Close the lid tightly.
- Avoid opening the bento before eating: any opening causes heat/cold loss.
- Prefer sliced food to large pieces.
- Store at room temperature (minimum 21 °C) to keep it warm/cool (maximum 15 °C) or cold.
- Mix well before eating to ensure the temperature of the food is more uniform.
