Ideal for baking 3 baguettes, this baking tray is also perfect for making round tuile pastry, or preparing chocolate decorations. Made of steel, it transmits heat evenly, and its holes provide good hot air circulation. It achieves uniform and excellent baking results for baguettes or golden, appetising tuile pastry. With its non-stick coating, the tray is protected against oxidation and features easy turning out. Grease before use. Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal objects. Normal hand-washing (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe.
