It is ideally suited for fine grating and zesting a wide variety of foods: You can use it as a lemon grater as well as a Parmesan grater or nutmeg grater. But the fine grater is not only versatile, but also efficient: thanks to the patented ZWILLING Z-Cut technology. With their pre-cutting as well as two-way function, the Z-shaped blades enable faster grating with less effort. Especially as the blades made of 18/10 stainless steel are particularly sharp. Thanks to the modular accessories, you can use the functionality of the fine grater according to your preferences. For example, with the collection container, which catches the finished grated product practically and cleanly under the grating surface. You'd rather grate the Parmesan directly onto your salad? No problem, the container can be removed quickly and easily. In addition, the grater has an attachment that is particularly suitable for processing small foods. Thanks to the integrated finger protection, you can also finely grate small pieces of ginger without risk of injury. The fine grater was developed in Germany and the design was created by Milanese designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez. The grater is easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe.
