The 5-in-1 peeler has three sharp, interchangeable blades: a normal blade for hard foods, a serrated blade for soft foods and a blade as a Julienne slicer. You can also use the vegetable peeler in two different forms: As a cross peeler (Y-shaped) for efficient cutting of long foods or as a longitudinal peeler (I-shaped), which is particularly suitable for round foods – ideal as a potato peeler or tomato peeler.
