Both the roaster and the lid are equipped with the innovative SIGMA Classic sandwich base, which ensures that heat from the stovetop – whether gas, electric, ceramic, or induction – is distributed and retained perfectly. This means everything in this versatile roaster cooks, braises, and sizzles with intense flavor. Thanks to the tightly sealed lid, minimal additional liquid is needed as the moisture released during cooking remains inside. Once everything is inside, the roaster takes over.
