The fried waffles in star, butterfly and flower shapes enchant young and old and are a real eye-catcher. Application: Simply heat oil in a saucepan, attach the desired waffle iron mold to the wire hanger, warm it up briefly in the fat, first dip it into the batter and then into the oil and wait until the waffle turns golden brown in the fat and detaches itself from the iron.
