The baking tray can be extended from 33 - 53 cm in length and is therefore ideal for variable space requirements. For the cooking process, the tray is simply placed on the baking rack in the oven and pizza, cakes, salty roasts and the like can now become nice and crispy. The high-quality non-stick coating ensures that the food can be easily removed from the surface using only a small amount of fat. As with all coated baking molds and trays, cleaning is done simply by hand.
