Light, medium or dark – the BPA-free breadmaker BACKMEISTER® Big White offers the preferred browning degree and the desired bread size: 1.000/1.250/1.500 g bread weight. And that’s not the end of the variety! 15 preset programs are the basis of home made variety. E.g. for gluten-free bread, for jam/marmelade, for cake, for pasta dough, for yoghurt. The powerful and robust motor mixes all ingredients perfectly in the large removable bread mould (with ceramic nonstick coating) and two kneading blades. Two large windows allow to follow up the progress of the programs.
