The BACKMEISTER® Edel bakes 750 or 1,000 grams of bread (also gluten-free). In addition to 14 stored bread programmes and 2 individual programmes, there is also a programme for jam and pasta dough!
The baking tin and kneader are easy to clean thanks to the Whitford ceramic coating. The programme, browning level and bread size are selected via LCD display. Keep warm function up to approx. 60 minutes. The baking process can be timed for up to 15 hours. The pause function interrupts the baking process.
