In recent years, Stelton products have received many design awards, including the Red Dot Award and the iF Product Design Award. Additionally, the brand Stelton has been honored with some of the most prestigious Brand Awards, including Denmark's Coolest Brand 2005, B2C Superbrand 2006, and the Danish Design Award 2007 for the anniversary campaign and products of Erik Magnussen's Stelton Insulated Jug.
Today, many Stelton products are on display in renowned museums such as the Museum of Modern Art (New York), the Louvre and Pompidou Center (Paris), the Cooper Hewitt Museum (New York), the British Museum (London), the State Museum of Applied Arts (Munich), and the Kunstindustrimuseet (Copenhagen).
Sebastian Holmbäck (1971) and Ulrik Nordentoft (1974) met at the Danish Design School, where they both trained. Ten years after graduation, they founded the HolmbäckNordentoft Studio. Their guiding principle and the foundation of their work is aesthetics.
