The FRIKADELLO by Seiferts Küchenhelfer is a practical product with which you can quickly make evenly sized meatballs and patties. Each FRIKADELLO is handcrafted from high-quality maple wood and is finished with a food-safe wood wax, the wire is made of stainless steel.

Why made of wood? Wood is a natural product. Wood is open-pored and that's a good thing. This is because wood removes liquid from everything on the surface. Bacteria and viruses on it die off in a short time.
Cleaning instructions: Use only warm water and washing-up liquid for cleaning, not in the dishwasher! Leave something open after drying.
