Forged from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 56-57 HRC, the knives are characterised by their robustness, balance, durability and cutting quality. The handle made of stabilised beech wood with its ergonomic profile pays homage to the traditional Opinel pocket knife and offers remarkable grip and handling properties. Typical for a bread knife, this model has a coarse serrated edge that allows for effortless cutting of even and smooth slices. The knife is also ideal for slicing fruit with hard skin such as melon or pineapple. The continuous blade right up to the end of the handle offers stability, even when greater force is applied.
