The ergonomically shaped, non-slip soft-touch handle sits comfortably in the hand of both right and left-handers and transfers the power optimally. Thanks to the special design of the professional pizza cutter, the power is transferred optimally so that it glides over the dough as if by itself. A finger guard between the handle and the razor-sharp blade provides additional safety and prevents injuries when cutting and contact with the hot pizza and also aids handling, as the fingers can rest comfortably when holding the handle and gliding over the pizza dough.
