Thefoldable fresh food boxes are useful helpers in the household and can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. for warming up and reheating food in the microwave or in the oven (up to 230°C), for preparing casseroles in the oven , for baking, for freshening and storing food, for freezing food and prepared dishes (up to -40°C), for serving the food in the attractive fresh boxes. All Flexline fresh boxes have a practical steamer valve. This allows the steam created during heating to escape and the food is gently cooked, heated or warmed.
The Flexline fresh boxes offer the right shape and size for every application. Whether rectangular with a capacity of 0.6, 0.8 and 1.5 liters, square with a capacity of 0.5 and 1 liter or round with a capacity of 0.4 and 0.8 liters. There is also the 2.4 liter steamer, which makes steaming fish and vegetables child's play. You fill some water into the bowl (approx. 6 mm high), then place the fish or vegetables on the green sieve, close the lid and open the valve. Vegetables should be cut into pieces that are as equal as possible. Then cook the food in the microwave at the highest level. Then let it stand for another 1 minute. The cooking time for vegetables is approx. 3 to 6 minutes and for fish 3 to 4 minutes. With larger quantities, the cooking times also increase. If the green sieve is removed, the steamer can also be used for cooking, freezing, reheating and serving.
