Recipe Raspberry Semifrozen
INGREDIENTS
- 260 g Italian meringue
- 140 g raspberry or strawberry pulp
- 120 g fresh cream
PREPARATION
Once the Italian meringue is ready, add the previously filtered raspberry pulp.
Beat the cream well and add it carefully to the mixture.
Pour it into the moulds, add the stick, level it well and put it in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Remove the stick from the mould and continue with the decoration.

Ingredients
400 g refined sugar
100 g water
250 g egg white
100 g refined sugar
Cook 400 g sugar with water at 121°C.
Meanwhile, slowly beat the egg white with Beat 100 g of sugar and then gradually add the boiled sugar.
Beat until cool.
