With the triple grater on the front you get a spicy puree. The blade on the back cuts the garlic into wafer-thin slices. These are perfect for marinating or when studding your roast lamb. Together with peppers, zucchini, cocktail tomatoes, shallots and good olive oil, the slices capture summer in a glass. The functional kitchen helper is solidly made and can be put in the dishwasher. Also practical: the leftover holder for safe work.
