The plate whisk from Kochblume is best suited for bowls, plates or pans. That's why it's sometimes called a pan broom. A conventional whisk would only dip a small part of its wires into the mixture and would not be particularly effective.
But the plate whisk is able to mix everything perfectly, even in flat containers, thanks to its special shape. Whether salad dressings, marinades or eggs. Everything can be stirred or foamed very well. Especially with our silicone nubs, it is particularly gentle on your pans or bowls.
