You can use the KitchenAid puree attachment together with the KitchenAid meat grinder (sold separately) to create delicious, creamy dishes. Experiment with your favorite ingredients to prepare your own jams, purees, sauces, compotes or baby food. The attachment is powered by your KitchenAid food processor so that fruit and vegetables can be mashed effortlessly. The puree attachment is used in combination with the meat grinder, whereby the latter first grinds the ingredients. Then the conical sieve ensures that all peel, stems or bark are removed so that you achieve a smooth consistency. The attachment can be used to puree tomatoes, lemons and many other ingredients. Simply attach the cone strainer, strainer basket and splash guard to your KitchenAid meat grinder (sold separately) to process soft fruit and cooked vegetables. Peeling or coring is not required. Simply place the fruit or vegetables in the funnel and use the KitchenAid puree attachment to make a high-quality puree.
