Homemade sauerkraut, kimchi, cucumbers, carrots or garlic - with the Kilner jar with fermentation seal you can easily insert and preserve vegetables.

The kilner fermentation set allows gases and thus pressure to escape from the glass without any oxygen entering it.

Souring is easy, just add water and salt. And vegetables, of course! The vegetables are cut into thin slices, mixed with salt, and then the liquid is squeezed out. Then it is layered tightly into the Kilner glass, poured water and placed the corresponding ceramic plates. They are important to complain about the vegetables. The glass is tightly closed with the lid and the special Kilner valve fitted. Now the glass has to stand for a few weeks. Tasty treats, dairy-sourced vegetables for gourmets!
