After the desired brewing time has elapsed, simply press the tea leaves down into the closed part of the filter with the press plunger and thus stop the brewing process at the desired strength. The tea warmer keeps the tea evenly at the ideal temperature over a longer period of time and ensures that every sip of your favorite tea can be enjoyed.
