In the 06/2023 issue of Haus & Garten Test, the Design Espresso Barista Touch from GASTROBACK® was rated 1.5 (good) in an individual test. The programmable portafilter espresso machine Design Espresso Barista Touch scored particularly well in the categories of handling and user-friendliness.
The GASTROBACK® portafilter machine guides users through all the preparation steps for the stored coffee and tea specialities on the colour touchscreen, turning them into professionals themselves, as the editorial team found out. The degree of grinding of the beans can also be continuously adjusted using a rotary dial. Further plus points of the espresso machine are the high-quality finish of the stainless steel housing and an extensive accessory pack. Five inserts for the brewing head are included, including for E.S.E. pods, and even a high-quality stainless steel milk frother and a professional tamper are included, giving the home barista all the tools they need to start making coffee straight away.
