Product information "Culinaris - Spaetzle board with maple scraper"
The Spätzle board with the Culinaris lettering is made from untreated maple wood. It is slanted on the side opposite the handle. From both sides the surface runs towards a pointed edge in the middle, over which the fresh spaetzle dough can be scraped off using the metal scraper provided and let it fall into the boiling water. Meanwhile, you hold the board using the ergonomically shaped handle. With the attached recipe you can immediately start surprising your loved ones with a portion of homemade spaetzle.
