The Culinaris glass lid 28 cm is the perfect complement to the Culinaris iron pan ‘Fierro Classico’ with a diameter of 28 cm. The lid is made of tempered glass, which is heat-resistant up to a temperature of 220 °C. A stainless steel ring ensures a perfect fit with the pan. The lid is complemented by a solid stainless steel knob. An integrated vent hole allows water vapour to escape in a controlled manner.
