The Cheese knife from the Taglio collection is a hollow-handled knife forged from 18/10 stainless steel. The high quality workmanship guarantees a balanced weight distribution and a perfect, almost seamless transition from the handle to the forged blade. The cheese knife is designed with the typical and practical recesses and a forked tip on the blade, which makes it particularly easy to cut soft cheeses. The blade is inserted into the hollow handle made of stainless steel with Sauer-Eisen-Cement - reamed - and this means that all knives in this collection are in the best possible balance.Hardly any other knife series meets the international demands on a quality product from Solingen like Taglio.The knife series was awarded the iF Product Award.
