Some cookies in the oven are already dark, while others are still too light—and that's only because the dough wasn't rolled out evenly. With the rolling pins from the Easy Baking collection by RBV Birkmann, this problem is a thing of the past.
The 3-piece set, with thicknesses of 3, 5, and 10 mm, and each 35 cm in length, is made from untreated beechwood sourced from sustainably managed forests.
Depending on the desired thickness, choose the appropriate rolling pin and place them apart so that the rolling pin rests on both wooden sticks. Place the dough between the rolling pins, press them flat briefly, and then simply roll out the dough evenly.

- Please clean by hand and dry thoroughly with a cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water, as wood is a natural product that reacts to moisture.
We recommend occasionally rubbing the rolling pins with a neutral oil— we like to use odorless rapeseed oil. This helps prevent the wood from absorbing water quickly, keeps staining foods from leaving marks, and helps the wood maintain its original color.
And to make sure nothing gets lost after use, the securing band ensures that everything stays together and can be stored in a space-saving way.
