This non-stick coating, enhanced by an additional titanium layer, is exceptionally durable and long-lasting. The glass lid provides a clear view of the contents, allowing you to keep the lid closed longer to save energy. Not only is the inside worth a look, but the outside also impresses, with an attractive black powder coating that gives a cast-iron look, complemented by elegant stainless steel handles. The pot's base, made of aluminum and steel, heats quickly and is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction cooktops.

Thanks to a new process, BALLARINI developed the Ti-X coating, a seal with an additional titanium layer that makes it even more durable. Potential wear on the pan surface is minimized with the Ti-X coating.
The cast-look pan has a body made of cold-forged aluminum. The induction base is characterized by extremely fast heat absorption on all cooktops through a combination of aluminum rivets and a steel plate, quickly reaching the necessary heat for frying.
V-handle: Heat is distributed from the pan body to two support beams. The ventilation around the beams ensures the handle heats more slowly at the back than with conventional handles.
